My host installed wordpress for me. Now that there is new version, I don't know how to upgrade. I would like to save a few bucks and do the installation myself. But reading the instructions in Wordpress makes me feel so stupid. I can't understand a thing!

Anybody here who help a dummy like me?  please

Have you figured this out?

I have a plugin called Automatic WP Update (I think...I can check for the exact name if you need it).  If you install and activate it, then the update is SUPER easy...it walks you right through it.
