I've seen a lot of people do a list of 100 things about themself for their 100th post.  I tried to write one when mine was coming up but it was so boring.  I've read a few that were pretty interesting, but for the most part I start to lose interest after the first 10 or so things.

I've also seen a lot of people do a giveaway for their 100th post.

You could also do some links to some of your favorite posts that you've written.

I was still pretty new to the whole bloggin thing when I hit 100...so i just did a post about it being my 100th post.  nothing too exciting.  I wish I would have though...
