It;s funny when the user name is different than the name you use in your blog...things don't always connect! That's what happened when i came across Army Sister/Kimberly's blog. too funny!

Gatesville - my step-dad was stationed in Ft. Hood. I was there from 85-87 and then when he got out we moved back to WI but I loved TX so much that when I graduated high school I moved back there in 88 and stayed till I was 24.

I've been to Ft. Hood a few times. I have a good friend who lives there.  Wow.  The people we meet online.  I love it.

My dad and step-mom live in AR now -- I'll be visiting them again in the spring; maybe I can add a TX pittstop into my trip. I'd love to meet other mom bloggers and since I'm my own boss I don't think I'd have any trouble with having a few extra days off. hehehe
