I'm so sorry and I am with you on leashing dogs.  I hope your son feels better both physically and emotionally soon.

We have ours on a leash whenever he is outside for his protection as well as others.  We had problems with out old neighbors who didn't care that their dog ran over and jumped on our kids when they were young.  Drove me crazy.  We have neighbors now that let their small dogs go potty in the front yard on the corner of a somewhat busy street and we have almost hit them with the car late at night in the dark.   Leash laws are there to protect both people and the dogs.

  thanks linda, you are right, there are laws to protect animals too, im not anti-animal, i have a dog also.. thanks for your comment it was apreciaticed Smiley

 thanks audrey, since you had a postive expreince wih many people online, maybe we should meet! lol seems like we agree on a alot of things!! he is doing ok, but i am giving him tyenol, and his antibotics, just in case of infection.. i love him for being so brave clap
